KVARNHOLMEN MARINA
Kvarnholmen Marina is located on the southern side of Kvarnholmen. The area is still under development, and the marina will be expanded in phases.
The marina is intended for residents of Kvarnholmen and its condominium associations. Only summer berths are available—winter storage is not included. All berths will be equipped with access to electricity and water. There is no parking available, nor is there any waste management.
To express interest in a boat slip, you must be a resident of Kvarnholmen. Housing cooperatives may also rent a slip.

Requirements and conditions for expressing interest
Since the marina is being expanded gradually, both rental arrangements and price levels may change over time. Those who are assigned a berth will be offered the opportunity to keep their berth, but should be aware that terms and conditions may be adjusted as the marina develops. Berths are assigned by lottery.
To rent a boat slip, you must:
• be a resident of Kvarnholmen and registered in the population register
• have valid boat insurance
• be able to present proof of identity
