The Chug-Chug Train
Take a ride around Kvarnholmen on our chug-chug train.

We're offering free popcorn—take a photo in our photo booth and meet JM.
Peab Bostad · Model Apartments, Creative Workshop
and Mocktails
Visit the real estate showroom at Tre Kronors väg 41, take a look at the new apartments in Kvarnholmshöjden at Thunströms väg 8, and let the kids unleash their creativity in the creative workshop on Diagonalstråket/Thunströms väg. Don’t miss the minibus running a shuttle service between the real estate office and the Segelhusen open house at Södra Kajen. Here, you can settle into our lounge chairs and enjoy the view. Stop by and talk to our team about Segelhusen, and we’ll treat you to a drink ticket for our mocktail bar!
JM · Model Homes by the Waterfront
Visit our stylish model homes at Södra Vägen 62 and 63. Follow the signs from Kvarnholmsvägen 112. You can also view available apartments at Kvarnholmens Brygga. We’ll treat you to some cotton candy.

50 SEK per ride. Proceeds go to the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation.

New Marina

See Kvarnholmen from the water on a leisurely boat tour with the family, guided by RIB Stockholm. The tour takes about 30 minutes, and there is a limited number of passengers. This activity is for ages 6 and up. 50 SEK per person or 150 SEK per family (up to 5 people). Proceeds go to the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation.
